Innov8 offers our services on a wide range of commercial projects. We specialize in all hotel brand types from small to large, branded to unbranded hotels. We also specialize in restaurant, office space and multi-family design and fulfillment.

The services we provide are extensive. Some of the most popular services are: Lidar scanning for as-Builts, complete Revit modeling, interior and exterior design, architectural management, manufacturing, fulfillment and FFE install management and Hospitality brand approvals.

Do I have to purchase my FF&E through you?

No. We don’t lock in any of our clients after our design contract are complete. Everyone is free to choose their FFE manufacturer or provided as they wish.

We do not have a minimum size requirement. We do have a very experienced team and our service is second to none. We will evaluate all budgets first and confirm if we are the right fit for your project.

We have a hand selected and specialized team of 8. After covid our company has moved in the direction of high-quality staff over quantity. We also hand select our projects and create a personal experience with our clients. We don’t have an assembly line feel when you work with Innov8. We treat all clients as family and look for long term relationships vs. 1 quick project.

Yes. Our team works extremely well with other professional and qualified teams.

Do you have an architect and/or engineering team?

Yes. We have a small network of Architects that we work with and can assist with the full permitting process. Our architects are NCARB and licensed in multiple States.

What if I don’t have as-built plans/blueprints?

No problem. We are the only hospitality firm in the nation that has its own Lidar and As-built service. Typically, we can complete a finished 100 room hotel scan in 1 day with a complete Revit turn around in as little as 3-4 weeks. In fact, we are hired by some of the largest engineering firms around to scan their own projects. We added this service when we found that a lot of older hotel renovations had missing As-built/Blue print plans.

How involved in the process will I need to be?

Involvement always depends on the size and scale. From little to no involvement to moderate. Because we can handle most of the moving parts on a project this limits the involvement of the ownership to focus on other business responsibilities.

How long will the design process take?

A typical design set can take as little as 1 month. For example a Holiday Inn express can take 45 to 65 days provided we get a quick response from ownership and brand.

Yes we do. We offer some of the best visuals in our segment.

Do you provide physical samples or material boards?

Yes. Although this comes at an additional charge. We can provide a physical board. Projects and brands that require this will already be included in the design fee.

Do you have any manufacturing capabilities?

Yes. Innov8 has over 20 years of manufacturing management experience. We have specialized relation ships with our manufacturers to provide the best quality in FF&E. With Innov8 there is no middleman when it comes with our branded FF&E.

What is the average turnaround for an FF&E proposal?

Typically turn around time from drawings to delivery is 15-18 weeks.

What is the difference between a proposal and an invoice?

Accepted Answer

A proposal is an estimate of what the contract or goods will cost at that time. An invoice is indicating that a contract has been executed and payment is due. If a proposal does not get executed in 30 days it will become void. Pricing and shipping is constantly changing and we try to limit and surprises and change orders through the process.

How do you invoice for FF&E procurement?

We have progressive invoices. We typically start with 50% deposit. This allows us to start the purchasing process quickly and most vendors will require min 50% deposit. We create a project account and will keep this account funded so our fulfillment team can process orders and keep the deliveries on schedule.

Can you work with my contractor?

Yes. We work with all contracts on all projects. It’s rare that we only work with ownership.

How involved are you during construction?

We can be extremely involved. During new construction our designers will have weekly calls, work with the selected GC and his team answering questions and coordinate designs and changes with the architect.

Can you provide FF&E installation?

Yes. Although we don’t have our own team. We can provide you a list of well qualified install teams to choose from. Once selected, our team will work closely with them.

Can you help with warehouse solutions?

Yes. Depending on your projects requirements we can help with a solution. Typically the FF&E install team will organize warehouse to help manage additional charges.
